In order to establish the true condition of your electrical installation you must either carry out detailed regular maintenance or periodically test and inspect its condition. We are able to test and inspect your installation in accordance with BS7671:2015 and provide you with a detailed report as to the present condition and highlight any defects present which may need remedial action.

We undertake a range of services within this from a simple report with observations, through to a detailed report with individually coded remedial work items and CAD electrical schematic’s.

The adequate maintenance of fixed electrical installations is also a legal requirement, as per the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, which state that “as may be necessary to prevent danger, all systems shall be maintained so as to prevent, so far as is reasonably practicable, such danger.” Electrical installations, which comply with BS7671:2015 are likely to achieve conformity with statutory regulations such as the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.

Additionally, establishing the condition of your installation may help to prevent expensive unplanned breakdowns and could save on expensive ever increasing insurance premiums.
